WooCommerce Conditional Payments Pro supports the following multi-currency plugins:

Aelia Currency Switcher for WooCommerce
FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce
WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency (by WPML)
Price Based on Country for WooCommerce
CURCY – Multi Currency for WooCommerce

You will need to enter settings in the default currency. The plugin automatically converts any amounts to the active currency.
