WooCommerce Stock Sync Pro
Stock Sync for WooCommerce Pro allows you to share stock quantities between 2 – 10 WooCommerce stores. When someone purchases a product or you edit stock quantity via admin, quantity will be instantly updated to the other stores.
With this plugin you will have one Primary Inventory and 1 – 9 Secondary Inventories:
- Primary Inventory should have all products which stock quantities you want to share
- Secondary Inventories will send any stock changes to the Primary Inventory which in turn will keep Secondary Inventories in sync
- You can sell from both Primary and Secondary Inventories
- You can view logs on Primary Inventory and easily see which site and order initiated the change or whether it was done by admin
- The plugin will detect matching products by SKU so if you don’t want to sync some products, just make sure they have unique SKUs from other sites
The plugin uses WooCommerce built-in REST API to communicate between stores. It’s as secure as WooCommerce.

Licensing
The plugin needs to be installed in all stores sharing the same stock. Usually licenses would be offered in 1, 3 or 5 site packages but that wouldn’t make sense for this plugin. Instead, you can purchase 1 Site Group which allows you to install the plugin on one Primary Inventory and arbitrary amount of Secondary Inventories.
Free version
Free version is also available. It’s same as Pro except the following differences:
- Free version supports 100 products, Pro version unlimited products
- Free version supports syncing between two WooCommerce stores, Pro version between 2 – 10 stores
- No email error notifications

The plugin is very good and useful
I tested it and it worked well
But there is a problem, or rather, I have a suggestion
Scenario: Think we have 3 stores and the plugin is installed on 3 stores, store A as the main store and stores B and C as secondary stores.
So far everything is ok
But if, for any reason, store A, which is the main one, becomes unavailable
For example, product Z has 100 items in stock
Store A is also not available
Store B sells 50 units of product Z
Store A will be available after 1 hour
Now the inventory in the stores is like this
A: 100
B: 50
C: 100
Store A starts syncing
The inventories are as follows:
A: 100
B: 100
C: 100
Oh, the inventory is not correct! And we have 50 additional products
Now consider this issue between several hundred products and instant sales
Solution: When store A was down, stores B and C should interact and when store A becomes available, it should notice sales in other stores and sync itself with them.

Good if it would work. I use product sync pro and stock sync pro and get server down everyday. php error logs show its caused by these two plugins when they sync and the inventory gets messed up. No documentation on ram or server levels needed but my server is pretty strong

Regarding system requirements, the recommended minimum RAM amount is 512 MB. For CPU performance there isn’t a definite recommendation as most web hosting and cloud providers don’t quantify it in comparable fashion. However, any medium to high performance hosting should be able to handle the plugins.

Yes so far so good! Easy setup, using it between our two sites UK and Ireland and is very helpful, cuts down a lot of time allocating stock to the same products on the different sites. Customer service where also quick to respond when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Works very well1 except for the 1st stock sync (maybe we had too much products ?). I ended up using an import/export tool for the first sync. Then the instant sync between 2 stores worked perfectly. Also, the support answers quite fast, which is very much appreciated!

We run the eshop on 3 domains and to sync warehouse without this plugin would be a nightmare. Everything happens automatically and if an item is sold on one domain, the number is immediately deducted on the others. It’s simply a fantastic plugin – worth every penny.

we synced 3 of our sites together that stock syncing perfectly but we have another problem when updating product price there isn’t any option to push regular price to secondary Inventory. another problem is when select push all product in the result show an error.

Excellent plugin. Does one thing and does it well. Configuration is easy with the given documentation. Usability is great, the module follows standard WordPress admin layout and is easy to use. Also bonus for logging, you’ll know why something goes wrong (if that should happen). Free version is also completely usable on small shops, and it does not constantly force you to upgrade. I’ll happily pay for this product even though I could do with the free version for some time 🙂
