Which payment methods do you offer?

  • Credit and debit card payments via Stripe
  • Credit and debit card payments via PayPal. You may also use your PayPal account funds
  • iDEAL via Stripe (only for the Netherlands)
  • Bancontact via Stripe (only for Belgium)

How the plugins are delivered after purchase?

You will get an order confirmation email after purchasing the plugin. The email includes download links to the plugins as well as link to the documentation.

If you lose the email, you can contact us and we will resend it to you.

What is 30-day money-back guarantee?

If you are unsatisfied with the plugin or there is an issue that cannot be resolved, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase.

Before requesting a refund, please open a support ticket to allow us to solve the problem.

If the issue cannot be solved, you can submit a refund request here. Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your email address used for the order
  • Exact reason for the refund

The request will be processed within 7 days.

Please note that if you’ve already received a refund for the same product before or are renewing the license, the 30-day money-back guarantee doesn’t apply.

Can I get EU VAT invoice?

Yes. The company behind WP Trio (BitBot Oy) operates in Finland and we can send you EU VAT invoice as long as you have valid EU VAT number.

Licensing, Support and Updates

How long do I receive updates & support?

Licenses are yearly which means you will receive updates and support for one year. When your license is due for renewal, we will send you an email reminder. You can then decide whether or not you want to renew your license for another year.

How the plugin is updated?

All plugins support automatic updates. Everytime a new version is published, you will receive a notification to your WordPress admin panel and you can update with one click.

If you prefer to update old school via zip packages, the download link in the order confirmation will always point to the latest version.

What licenses can I purchase?

You can purchase 1, 3 and 5 site licenses. One site means one website where you run the plugin. However, you can also use same license for test and development versions for the same website.

Can I use the same license in development and test sites?

Yes, as long as development and test sites are for the same website.
